Are you looking for a getaway to sunny Florida this fall?  We are renting our house on Anna Maria Island between September 1, 2023 and December 23, 2023 to family and friends (Thanksgiving week is booked).  It is a stunning home with a direct pathway to the Bayfront Park beach, making Tampa Bay just a two-minute walk away! 

Our rental home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate guest house with one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchenette. The fully equipped kitchen in the main house has stainless-steel appliances, cabinet space, and beautiful broad countertops. Additionally, there are two outdoor dining areas for guests to enjoy the island breeze.

The backyard is your private oasis where you and your guests can relax. Cool off in the swimming pool after a long day at the beach and hours of exploring the 7-mile island.

-Primary Bedroom, main floor: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom
-Second Bedroom, main floor: Twin over double bed with trundle twin pull out and tv.
-Living Area, main floor: Queen sleeper sofa
-Separate Guest Suite: Queen bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom
-Separate Guest Suite: Queen sleeper sofa

-TVs in every room, including the pool area -- perfect for watching Notre Dame football!

There are no pets allowed.

The primary bedroom has plenty of storage space, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. Take a walk on the deck over to the separate guest suite, it is bright and will make guests feel right at the beach, and there is an ensuite bathroom for guests to refresh in after a long day of exploring Anna Maria Island beaches. Additionally, a sleeper sofa is in the main house, and there is one in the separate guest suite to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay.

The second bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has a tv for mid-day entertainment.

Hop on the free island trolley to explore Anna Maria Island’s seven miles of beach living and stop at Pine Avenue for unique boutiques and local restaurants. Expand your experience with golf, water sports, fishing charters, and sunset cruises from local vendors.
